The Armed Forces Bill had its third reading, the chance for members to ‘tidy up’ the bill, in the House of Lords on Thursday 5 May.

No further changes were made during third reading and the bill will now pass to the House of Commons for consideration of Lords amendments.
Lords report stage: Wednesday 27 April
Members of the Lords discussed changes relating to the sentencing of armed forces members following court martial, provisions for members with mental health issues and the enlistment of minors.
Third reading, a chance to 'tidy up' the bill and make changes, is scheduled for 5 May.
