The Secretary of State for Scotland, David Mundell MP, made a statement in the House of Commons on Wednesday 24 February 2016 on Scotland's fiscal framework.

Shadow Secretary of State for Scotland, Ian Murray MP, responded to the statement on behalf of the Opposition.

Shadow SNP Westminster Group Leader, Angus Robertson MP, also responded to the statement on behalf of the Scottish National Party.
