House of Lords recalled to pay tribute to Jo Cox MP

The House of Lords met at 2:30pm on Monday 20 June to pay tribute to Jo Cox MP.

Standing Order 17 gives the Lord Speaker the authority to recall the House if she is satisfied that it is in the public interest.
