Bank of England and Financial Services Bill
A bill that will affect the Bank of England, covering issues such as regulation of financial services and issue of banknotes.
The bill has concluded its stages in the Lords, it is currently progressing through the Commons, and will return to the Lords for consideration of Commons changes if any are made.
Education and Adoption Bill
The bill looks at schools in England that are causing concern, including their conversion into Academies. It also covers joint arrangements for carrying out local authority adoption functions in England.

Enterprise Bill
The bill includes measures to promote enterprise and economic growth, and restricting exit payments in relation to public sector employment.

European Union Referendum Bill
The bill makes provision for a referendum in the UK and Gibraltar on whether the UK should remain a member of the European Union.
The bill now awaits Royal Assent.
Housing and Planning Bill
The bill covers housing, estate agents, rent charges, planning and compulsory purchase.
The bill is currently in its committee stage, the chance for line-by-line scrutiny, in the Lords.
Immigration Bill
The Immigration Bill will define the law around immigration and asylum.
The bill is currently progressing through the Lords, third reading, a final chance to amend the bill, is yet to be scheduled.
Scotland Bill
The bill amends the Scotland Act 1998, and defines powers and responsibilities of Scottish ministers.
The bill has concluded its stages in the Lords, and now returns to the Commons for consideration of Lords changes.
Trade Union Bill
The bill covers industrial action, trade unions, employers’ associations and the functions of the Certification Officer.
The bill is currently progressing through the Lords, it began report stage, a further chance to examine the bill and make changes, in the Lords on Wednesday 16 March.
Welfare Reform and Work Bill
The bill includes measures on employment, welfare, social mobility, the benefit cap and social housing.
The bill returned to the House of Lords on Monday 7 March for consideration of Commons changes in 'ping pong', and now awaits Royal Assent.
