This Bill, sponsored by Mr Ian Liddell-Grainger MP, seeks to provide that the Secretary of State’s powers in relation to the management of the Royal Botanic Gardens, Kew, include the power to grant a lease in respect of land for a period of up to 150 years.
Debate on the Kew Gardens (Leases) Bill has been rescheduled to take place on Friday 25 November.
Unsolicited Marketing Communications (Company Directors) Bill: Second Reading
This Bill, sponsored by Patricia Gibson MP, seeks to enable the Information Commissioner’s Office to take action against company directors for breaches of the Privacy and Electronic Communications (EC Directive) Regulations 2003 relating to unsolicited marketing communications made by a company; and for connected purposes
Debate on the Unsolicited Marketing Communications (Company Directors) Bill has been rescheduled to take place on Friday 3 February 2017.
Registration of Marriage Bill: Second Reading
This Bill, sponsored by Edward Argar MP, seeks to make provision about the registration of marriages.

Stalking (Sentencing) Bill: Second Reading
This Bill, sponsored by Alex Chalk MP, seeks to increase the maximum sentences available to the court for stalking offences; and for connected purposes.
Debate on the Stalking (Sentencing) Bill has been rescheduled to take place on Friday 20 January 2017.

Private Members' Bills are Public Bills introduced by MPs and Lords who are not government ministers.
As with other Public Bills, their purpose is to change the law as it applies to the general population.
