Lords debates natural environment and animal welfare

Members of the Lords, including a former chair of the Green Party and a former environment minister, debated plans to improve the natural environment and animal welfare, in the House of Lords on Thursday 7 December.

Lord Gardiner of Kimble (Conservative), parliamentary under-secretary for rural affairs and biosecurity, responded on behalf of the government.
