Lords debates size of the House report

Members of the Lords, including the leaders of the three main parties and the convenor of the Crossbench peers, debated the report of the Lord Speaker’s committee on the size of the House on Tuesday 19 December.

Reflecting the interest members have in this topic and surrounding issues, over 95 members of the Lords signed up to speak. Their backgrounds highlight the breadth of experience of members.
