Statement: Harassment in public life: 18 December 2017

Home Secretary, Amber Rudd, made a statement today in the House of Commons on harassment in public life and updated the House on the Government’s plan to tackle threats against MPs and harassment in public life.
Shadow Home Secretary, Diane Abbott, responded on behalf of the Opposition and commented on how social media and mainstream media also have a role to play in tackling harassment in public life.
