Lords private members' bills

The House of Lords debated three private members' bills on Friday 3 February, covering health and social care professional regulation, child contact centres and reforming the House of Lords.
A private member's bill is a type of public bill (that affects the public). Private members' bills must go through the same set of procedures as other public bills.

A bill to require the government to introduce a bill to regulate health and social care professions.

Child Contact Centres (Accreditation) Bill (second reading)
