Lords debates UK development aid budget

Members of the Lords, including a former under-secretary in the Department for International Development and a former director of Oxfam UK, debated the case for measuring the impact of the UK's development aid budget, in the House of Lords on Monday 3 July.

The debate was proposed by Baroness D'Souza (Crossbench), founder and former director of the Relief and Development Institute.
