This week in the House of Commons MPs debated the Government's estimates of public spending, the Bus Services Bill, International Women's Day and more.

Legislation: Government Bills

Supply and Appropriation (Anticipation and Adjustments) Bill

MPs debated the Government's estimates of public spending by Government departments over three Estimates Days for the 2016-17 Parliamentary session on 4 July 2016, 27 and 28 February 2017.

A Supply and Appropriation (Anticipation and Adjustments) Bill was brought in upon the resolutions and given its First Reading on Tuesday 27 February 2017. The Second and Third Reading for the Bill both took place on Wednesday 1 March 2017.

Bus Services Bill

MPs debated the Second Reading of the Bus Services Bill on Wednesday 1 March 2017. The Bill was passed without a division and will now be considered by a Public Bill Committee.
