Northern Ireland update: 2 November 2017

Secretary of State for Northern Ireland, James Brokenshire, made a statement today in the House of Commons, updating the House on Northern Ireland.
The Statement was responded to by Shadow Secretary of State for Northern Ireland, Owen Smith, who enquired about the role of the Prime Minister in negotiations and what the government's next steps would be.
