Yasmin Qureshi, MP for Bolton South East, asked the Parliamentary Under Secretary of State for Public Health and Primary Care, Steve Brine, to respond to the recently published “Report of the Commission on Human Medicines’ Expert Working Group on Hormone Pregnancy Tests”.

The Minister told the House that the Government has accepted the findings of the report, including the conclusion that there is no causal link between the use of hormone pregnancy tests and miscarriage, stillbirth or congenital abnormalities.
