Urgent Question on the political situation in Catalonia: 2 November 2017

Hywel Williams asked the Minister for Europe and the America's, Sir Alan Duncan, an Urgent Question on the political situation in Catalonia.

Sir Alan Duncan stressed that Spain is a close ally and that "the situation in Catalonia is an internal matter for Spain and its people."
