Minister of State for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy, Claire Perry, made a statement in the House of Commons on the Clean Growth Strategy on Thursday 12 October.
Shadow Minister for Energy and Climate Change, Dr Alan Whitehead, responded for the Opposition, pressing the minister on decarbonisation in the heat sector.
