Statement on retail energy: 12 October 2017

Secretary of State for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy, Greg Clark, made a statement in the Commons on retail energy, outlining the details of the draft Energy Price Cap Bill.
The statement was responded to by Shadow Secretary of State for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy, Rebecca Long Bailey, who questioned the previous criticism of Labour energy price cap policy.
