Nuclear Safeguards Bill

The Nuclear Safeguards Bill had its Second Reading in the Commons on Monday 16 October and has been sent to Public Bill Committee for detailed examination and evidence gathering.

Legislation: Private Members Bills

On Friday 20 October MPs debated the Assaults on Emergency Workers (Offences) Bill and the Parental Bereavement (Leave and Pay) Bill. Both Bills passed their Second Reading without a division.

The Health and Social Care (National Data Guardian) Bill started second reading debate but was adjourned.
