Urgent Question: parliamentary vote on final EU withdrawal agreement

Keir Starmer, Shadow Secretary of State for Exiting the EU, pressed his opposite number, David Davis, to clarify the Government's position on a meaningful vote in Parliament to agree the final withdrawal agreement with the European Union .
