Foreign and Commonwealth Office Minister Sir Alan Duncan made a statement in the House of Commons on Tuesday 12 September on the Government's response to Hurricane Irma.

The Minister updated the House on the Government's response to the crisis, and its support for affected British Overseas Territories.

Shadow Foreign Secretary, Emily Thornberry, responded to the Minister on behalf of the Opposition, pushing him to address criticism from the British Overseas Territories of the Government's response to the crisis.
