Secretary of State for Digital, Culture, Media and Sport, Karen Bradley, made a statement in the House of Commons on the proposed Fox-Sky merger process today.
The Secretary of State updated the House on the merger process and her decision-making in this case.
Shadow DCMS Secretary Tom Watson, responding to the statement on behalf of the Opposition, raised concerns about Ofcom's handling of the proposed merger.
