The Work and Pensions Committee will today take evidence from Chris Grayling, Minister for Employment at the Department for Work and Pensions on the issue of youth unemployment and the Future Jobs Fund.

This is the final oral evidence session in the inquiry into youth unemployment and the Future Jobs Fund (FJF).

The inquiry is exploring the extent to which the FJF has succeeded in matching new work experience opportunities to young unemployed people.

It is also considering the strengths and weaknesses of the programme and how the Government can manage the transition from the FJF to the proposed Work Programme.
