The Government recently published a series of consultation papers setting out proposals to close 103 magistrates’ courts and 54 county courts.

The session aims to scrutinise these proposals as well as other issues which fall within the Minister’s remit.

On Tuesday 19 October evidence will be heard from:

Mr Jonathan Djanogly, Parliamentary Under-Secretary of State, Ministry of Justice

The session will take place in Committee Room 18 at 10.30am.
