European Scrutiny Committee publishes correspondence on subsidiarity
The committee wrote to Mr Jose Manuel Barroso, President of the European Commission; Mr Jerry Buzek MEP, President of the European Parliament; and Mr Yves Leterme, President of the Council of Ministers, with concerns on the issue of subsidiarity.
