Experiment in monitoring WPQs

In the last Parliament the Procedure Committee examined the process of written parliamentary questions (WPQs) and in particular concerns expressed by Members about late or unsatisfactory answers.
The Government agreed that it would co-operate with a one-year experiment during session 2010-11 in which the Committee would monitor unsatisfactory and late answers referred to us by Members.
