This is the first evidence session for the Committee’s inquiry into Infrastructure and Development. It will explore the key challenges regarding provision of infrastructure in developing countries. The first panel offers the opportunity to discuss ICT and other infrastructure priorities within developing countries. Dr Mo Ibrahim is a global expert in mobile communications and a leading advocate on issues of African development. The second panel will widen the focus to infrastructure more generally in developing countries.
