The draft National Policy Statement for Hazardous Waste

The Environment, Food and Rural Affairs Committee has agreed its Eleventh Report of Session 2010-12. The draft National Policy Statement for Hazardous Waste (HC 1465), Eleventh Report of Session 2010–12 will be published on Wednesday 14 December at 00.01 am.

Advance copies of the Report will be available under embargo from 9.30 am, Tuesday 13 December 2011. Those who gave evidence will be sent a paper copy. Electronic copies will be emailed on request. Press should email media officer Hannah Pearce to request one.

The Report Volume I (HC 1465) will include oral evidence together with written evidence from those who gave oral evidence. Further written evidence will be available in a web-only Volume II, available on publication on the Committee’s homepage under the heading publications.

On Wednesday 14 December hard copies of the Report will be available in the following ways:

• Copies of the Report may be obtained from the usual outlets, including The Parliamentary Bookshop and The Stationery Office.
• Both volumes of the Report will be posted on the Committee’s homepage of the Parliamentary website under publications.
