The Joint Committee on Human Rights will publish its Twenty-second Report,  Legislative Scrutiny: Legal  Aid, Sentencing and Punishment of Offenders Bill, at 11 am on Monday 19 December as House of Lords Paper 237 and House of Commons Paper 1717.
