The Northern Ireland Affairs Committee holds its second evidence session exploring developing Northern Ireland as an enterprise zone.

Lord Heseltine, who, as the then environment secretary, oversaw the introduction of enterprise zones in the early 1980s, and Professor Greg Lloyd of the University of Ulster give evidence.
