David Bermingham questioned on UK extradition policy

The Joint Select Committee for Human Rights holds an evidence session on the human rights of UK extradition policy on Tuesday 15 February.

The Committee was scheduled to hear oral evidence from Mr Simon Clements, Head of Special Crime Division and Senior Business Manager, Crown Prosecution Service at 2.15 pm. This session has now been postponed.

The Committee will be hearing evidence at 3.00 pm from:

The above meeting is open to members of the public. It is advisable to allow 20 minutes to pass through security checks. There is no system for the prior reservation of seats in Committee Rooms. Members of the public enter via the Visitors Entrance, next to St Stephen's Entrance, the Palace of Westminster.
