Committee receives evidence about child maintenance and child poverty

In November the Committee asked DWP for more details about research referred to in the Government's response to the previous Committee’s report on CMEC and the CSA from which the Department had concluded that child maintenance “does not make a large contribution to reducing child poverty”.
