National Security Adviser and former Ambassador to UN questioned

The Commons Foreign Affairs Committee will question Sir Peter Ricketts and Sir Jeremy Greenstock in the fourth evidence session of its inquiry into "The Role of the FCO in UK Government".

The Committee will question Sir Peter Ricketts, National Security Adviser, about the role of the new National Security Council in relation to the FCO.

In addition to Sir Peter, the Committee will take evidence from Sir Jeremy Greenstock and Alastair Newton, two former senior diplomats, in particular about the FCO’s work in multilateral institutions and in the commercial and economic sphere.
