Lords Committee examines planned EU financial framework

The House of Lords EU Select Committee will take evidence from Treasury Minister Justine Greening MP 4.10pm on Tuesday 18 January as part of their inquiry into the EU Financial Framework from 2014.
The Committee is conducting an inquiry into the EU Multiannual Financial Framework (MFF) to run from 2014. This is the agreement which will determine how much Member States are required to contribute to the EU and what the EU does and how it spends its money for years to come.
It will ask Ms Greening for more details of the Government’s position on the ongoing MFF negotiations.
The Evidence session will start at 4.10pm on Tuesday 18 January in Committee Room 4 of the House of Lords.
