Purpose of session:

This is an opportunity to question Leicestershire Constabulary following the publication of the Independent Police Complaints Commission’s report into contact between the Constabulary and Fiona Pilkington prior to her death, and in the context of recent relevant reports from Her Majesty’s Chief Inspector of Constabulary and the Home Office about the police service’s approach to anti-social behaviour more widely.
