Constitution Committee reports on Scotland Bill

The House of Lords Constitution Committee is today publishing its report on the Scotland Bill.

The Bill would modify the finances of the Scottish Parliament, including a new Scottish rate of income tax, as well as making a number of adjustments to the boundary of devolved responsibilities.

The Bill, which was introduce in the House of Commons on 30 November 2010, is due to have its second reading in the Lords on 8 September 2011.
