Lords Sub-Committee publishes letter to Minister on Credit Default Swaps and Short Selling

The House of Lords EU Sub-Committee on Economic and Financial Affairs has published a letter to Mark Hoban MP, Financial Secretary at HM Treasury, in response to the European Commission's proposal for a Regulation on short selling and certain aspects of credit default swaps
The letter sets out the Committee's position in advance of the ECOFIN meeting on 15 March 2011.
