Crown Prosecution Service representative questioned on UK Extradition Policy

The Committee has arranged to hear evidence from the following witnesses:

At 2.30 pm

  • Keir Starmer QC, Director of Public Prosecutions, Crown Prosecution Service

At 3.15 pm

  • Baroness Neville-Jones, Minister of State for Security and Counter-Terrorism
  • Fenella Taylor, Head of Judicial Co-operation Unit, Home Office

The meeting is open to members of the public. It is advisable to allow about 20 minutes to pass through security checks. There is no system for the prior reservation of seats in Committee Rooms. Members of the public enter via the Visitors Entrance, next to St Stephen's Entrance, the Palace of Westminster.
