MPs question Network Rail's new Chief Executive

David Higgins, until recently Chief Executive of the Olympic Delivery Authority, took up the reins at Network Rail on 1 February
The Transport Committee will question Mr Higgins about his priorities for the national rail infrastructure operator over the coming years, a period when the rail industry is likely to undergo significant reform.
