Purpose of session:

The session provides an opportunity to question the Independent Chief Inspector of the UK Border Agency on his recent report criticising implementation of Tier 2 of the Points-Based System, on the possible appearance of a backlog in dealing with new asylum cases, and more generally on the work of the UKBA.
