The Backbench Business Committee scheduled a debate for Tuesday 8 November 2011 on the cost of motor insurance following representation to the committee by Mrs Louise Ellman MP, on behalf of the Transport Select Committee. At the start of the session Mrs Ellman also presented the publication of the Transport Select Committee Report on High Speed Rail.
