Evidence taking on the Consumer Insurance (Disclosure and Representations) Bill begins

The committee was appointed on 5th September. Under the rules that govern the work of Special Public Bill Committees, the committee has 28 days in which to take its evidence on the Consumer Insurance (Disclosure and Representations) Bill.
The 28 day evidence-taking period excludes any adjournments of the House of more than three days. This means the period will end on 19 October.
