Welsh Affairs Committee to question the Silk Commission on financial devolution in Wales

Following the publication of the Commission on Devolution in Wales (“the Silk Commission”) report into financial powers to strengthen Wales, the Welsh Affairs Committee will take oral evidence from:

Paul Silk, Chair, Professor Noel Lloyd CBE, Commissioner, and Mark Parkinson, Joint Secretary, Commission on Devolution in Wales.

The evidence session will be televised.

The Committee will question Mr Silk on his findings relating to financial devolution in Wales, the next steps in the process, and of Part 2 of the Commission’s work which will examine the case for devolution of non-financial powers.
