Coalition Government's programme of political and constitutional reform
The first half of the session is an opportunity for the Committee to question the Deputy Prime Minister on the progress of the Coalition Government’s programme of political and constitutional reform.

The impact and effectiveness of ministerial reshuffles
In the second half of the session the Committee will continue its scrutiny of the impact and effectiveness of ministerial reshuffles. This is an opportunity for the Committee to explore the mechanics and impact of the reshuffle process from the perspectives of three former Secretaries of State.
