The Committee will explore the recent Tata Steel Ltd restructuring proposals and their potential impact in Wales, the key challenges facing the steel industry in Wales, and whether the UK Government and Welsh Government are helping to provide the right conditions for the steel industry to prosper

The Committee will take evidence from Tata Steel Ltd and other representatives of the steel industry in Wales, Community trade union and UK Government ministers.
