The Scottish Affairs Committee continues to examine the potential effects of Scotland’s separation by looking at the issues of nationality and citizenship.

A separate Scotland would have to define a new nationality and citizenship status and this would have implications for citizenship in the remainder of the UK.

The meeting will take place on Wednesday 9 January at 2.30pm in Committee Room 6, Palace of Westminster.

Witnesses

At 2.30pm

  • Professor Colin Harvey, Human Rights Law, Queen's University, Belfast
