The Right of Disabled People to Independent Living report published

The Joint Committee on Human Rights publishes its Twenty-third Report, Implementation of the Right of Disabled People to Independent Living, at 00.01 am on Thursday 1 March 2012 as House of Lords Paper 257 and House of Commons Paper 1074.
