Report on complaint against Lord Avebury

On Friday 13 January, the House of Lords Committee for Privileges and Conduct published the findings of the Lords Commissioner for Standards on a complaint against Lord Avebury.
The Commissioner investigated an allegation that Lord Avebury had failed to declare relevant interests in the Register of Members Interests. The Commissioner dismissed the complaints, stating that he is "satisfied that Lord Avebury has complied with the Code of Conduct in relation to registering relevant interests."
The Committee for Privileges and Conduct therefore conclude that no further action is required.
