The Committee’s First Report of Session 2012–13, Devil’s bargain? Energy risks and the public, will be published on Monday 9 July at 00.01am (HC 428). Electronic embargoed copies of the Report will be available from 10.00am on Friday 6 July.

Copies of the embargoed Report will be available to media representatives and witnesses only on request. Copies of the Report will be available in the following ways on publication:

  • Media representatives can collect the Report from the Press Gallery, House of Commons.  
  • The Reports will be sent by post to all witnesses or, if preferred, may be collected from 7 Millbank.
  • Copies of the Report may be obtained from the usual outlets, including The Parliamentary Bookshop and The Stationery Office.
  • The Report will be posted on the Parliamentary internet on publication, and will be accessible via the Committee’s homepage.
