Decision on the Scope of the Committee's consideration

Following the preliminary hearing on the scope of the Committee’s work, the Chairman, Mr Brian Binley, has today announced that the Committee will be hearing the five petitions referred to it in full. In other words, a ‘wider’ interpretation of scope will be applied by the Committee.
