Mr Brian Binley MP has been appointed by the Joint Committee as their Chair.
Consideration of the scope of the committee’s inquiry
The Committee will hold a short preliminary hearing on the scope of their consideration of the Rookery South Order at 4pm on Wednesday 11 July 2012 in Committee Room 4A in the House of Lords. They will hear representations from the petitioners and the applicant for the order. A large part of the hearing will be open to the public and a transcript of that part of the proceedings will be posted on these pages as soon as it is available.
