This is the fourth time that Mrs Gillan, Secretary of State for Wales, has given evidence to the Committee, and the first time since July 2011. The hearing will allow Members to explore particular areas of interest with the Secretary of State, including inward investment in Wales, the Silk Commission exploring devolution matters, and the impact of welfare reform in Wales.
